Responsibilities / Job Scope

Automation & Integration

Develop and maintain automated workflows using Make.com, Pabbly, Zapier, or n8n. Integrate multiple systems such as Fluent Form, Google Sheets, Telegram, WhatsApp API, CRM, and Email Marketing Tools. Utilize webhooks, APIs, and triggers to connect different platforms seamlessly. Document all automation processes and ensure data is captured accurately and securely.

AI & Smart Tools

Implement AI agents, chatbots, or AI-driven automations for marketing and customer engagement purposes. Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT API, OpenAI, Flowise, Relevance AI, or n8n AI nodes) to automate interactions, content generation, or data analysis. Research and recommend new AI tools or integrations that can enhance automation performance.

Digital Marketing Support

Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email funnels. Build lead nurturing automations (e.g., form submission ? CRM ? auto follow-up ? Telegram/WhatsApp notification). Monitor campaign and automation performance, then optimize for better conversion and efficiency. Generate automated performance and marketing reports for management.

Maintenance & Optimization

Troubleshoot automation errors or workflow failures promptly. Continuously optimize automations to reduce costs and improve execution time. Update systems whenever there are API changes, plugin updates, or new integrations available

AI & Smart Tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cyberjaya (63000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
