We have a team with different expertise of people work closely to achieve company allocated target. All work together toward same goal and enjoy the harvest via profit-sharing. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives. \xc2\xb7 Develop and manage social media strategies, campaigns and content to engage audiences and enhance brand presence. \xc2\xb7 Identify and leverage the most effectives digital channels including social media, email, SEO and SEM to meet marketing objectives. \xc2\xb7 Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads etc. to drive targeted traffic and conversions. \xc2\xb7 Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers and drive engagement. \xc2\xb7 Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and deliver timely, relevant content to audiences. \xc2\xb7 Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimizing strategies. \xc2\xb7 Effectively plan and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. \xc2\xb7 Enhance e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings and improve online shopping experience. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing / Business / Advertising / Communications or related field. \xc2\xb7 Digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Must have 4 - 6 years experience in online marketing or related professional area \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English \xc2\xb7 We prefer candidate able to speak and write other languages beside English and BM Swapper is a brand committed to be NO. 1 Smartphone Trade In Brand in Malaysia and Committed to ESG.
