Oversee the social media network marketing strategy Write and optimise content for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s social networking accounts such as facebook,Instagram, youtube, Google Ad & website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Posting \xe2\x80\xa2 Live chatting with customers through PM & WhatsApp messages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customers enquiries on product, pricing and follow up payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Close sales over the phone 2. Actively promote and drive traffic to Company\xe2\x80\x99s online stores on Lazada and Shopee 3. Ensure that Ad copy & spending is consistent with Company\xe2\x80\x99s goals 4. Analyse campaign data & traffic and recommend improvement on performance 5. Set up and optimize Company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of Company\xe2\x80\x99s social content. 6. Plan, conceptualize and implement marketing ideas (online & offline). 7. Advertise and manage Company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services in social media, e.g. Fb, Website, Instagram, WhatsApp. 8. Assist in managing daily online sales activities, digital advertising and campaigns to achieve sales targets. 9. Share daily/weekly/monthly contents to engage audience to take action. 10. Track, analyse and report on campaign performance. 11. Develop new customer database via creative sales activities. 12. Assist in brainstorm and idea planning. 13. Other ad-hoc duties.
