Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and advertising campaign
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Content marketing best practices and strong knowledge of SEO principles (added advantage)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing and landing page optimization
Core Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english & national language. (More languages will be an advantage)
  • Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR, or business software industry is preferred
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and works closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across all customer touch points.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Blog Management
  • Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts (2-3 per week) on payroll, HR, and business topics
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
  • Develop content calendars that align with product launches, industry events, and seasonal trends
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Optimize existing content for better search engine performance
Social Media Management
  • Create, curate, schedule engaging content, develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
  • Monitor social media metrics and engagement, providing weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay current with social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance
  • Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing social media assets
LinkedIn Marketing & Management
  • Manage and optimize company LinkedIn page to increase follower engagement and lead generation
  • Create and publish thought leadership content targeting HR professionals and business owners
  • Develop LinkedIn advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate qualified leads
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and potential clients
  • Monitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust strategy based on performance data
  • Engage with relevant industry groups and discussions to increase brand visibility
Advertisement Campaigns
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and provide detailed reporting
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Research and identify new advertising opportunities and platforms
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies
  • Present findings to senior management and suggest data-driven optimizations
Brand Management & Strategy
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touch points
  • Support product launches with targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals
  • Participate in industry events and webinars as a brand representative
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy decisions
  • Stay updated over the payroll norms as per the government rules and regulations
