digital performance and e-commerce presence
-- across ads, marketplaces, and website. You'll focus on
data, optimisation, and performance marketing
-- not content creation -- working closely with our creative team to turn insights into results.

What You'll Do
1? Ad Campaigns
Strategise, launch, and optimise campaigns across
Meta, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Ads
.
Analyse performance data to improve ROI, conversion, and sales growth.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and mechanics for better results.
Coordinate with creative team for visuals, banners, landing pages, and video
2? E-Commerce Platforms
Manage and upgrade our
Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada
listings.
Optimise product pages to boost
click-through rate (CTR)
and
conversion rate
.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, vouchers, and platform promotions.
3? SEO & Website
Monitor SEO and website analytics to understand traffic patterns and conversion trends.
Suggest improvements to boost visibility, traffic, and on-site performance.
Who We're Looking For

About You
Self-driven with a can-do spirit and good at juggling projects.
Clear and confident communicator.
Passionate about clean beauty and with a good eye for aesthetics.
Comfortable with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
Experience in running Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads is a
plus
!
Experience with scaling eCommerce platforms (for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok) is a
plus
!
Knowledge in online store optimization (keywords, pricing strategy, traffic & conversion analysis) is a
plus
!
