Job Description


  • E-commerce Experience: Prior experience managing online marketplaces, particularly Shopee/Tiktok or similar platforms.
  • Sales and Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software (e.g., Shopee Seller Center).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to create appealing product listings, promotional content, and advertising materials.
ResponsibilitiesAccount Management (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok etc)
  • Profile Setup and Optimization: Creating and maintaining an attractive and effective store profile, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Product Listings: Adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring all information is accurate and appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking.
Marketing and Promotions
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to drive sales.
  • Shopee Ads Management: Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns within the Shopee platform to increase visibility and sales.
  • Participation in Shopee Campaigns: Engaging in Shopee\'s promotional events like 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 sales, and ensuring your store\'s participation and preparation for these events.
Customer Engagement and Support
  • Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Review Management: Monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive store rating.
