Job Description

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful influencer campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems
• Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, especially those relevant to our target demographic

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
• Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate content production with influencers
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers or their representatives
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.)
• Manage influencer relationships and maintain a database of potential and current partners
• Stay updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across influencer campaigns
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders
