Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or another related field
• Preferred Mandarin speakers as the position need to deal with Mandarin speakers\' clients.
• Minimum 3-4 years in a digital marketing role and proficient in Facebook Ads setting and Xiao Hong Shu Marketing. Knowledge in Google Ads setting will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and strategies
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Work Location: Permas Jaya, JB

Tanggungjawab

• Lead marketing strategies and present to clients;
• Manage marketing planning and strategies for the improvement and stability of the company\'s business and managing online marketing campaign.
• Develop and manage digital marketing/social media campaigns: including creating social media contents and design-rich email marketing.
• Make market and sales analysis based on the information gathered.
• Maintain lead capture landing page and analysis of conversion rate
• Evaluate and analyze data collected from online marketing campaigns.
