Digital Marketing Executive
to help strengthen our online presence and support marketing efforts across
both B2C and B2B
channels -- from customers shopping on our website to corporate clients and collaborators.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing online and offline campaigns across You'll also contribute to our
CRM, SEO, PR, media
, and
third-party platform strategies
-- helping us tell our brand story, grow our community, and drive traffic, engagement, and sales through informed, cross-channel strategies. Prior experience in the
fashion, lifestyle, or retail sector
will be a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
:
Digital Marketing & Content Support
Assist in scheduling and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, and website (Shopify).
Help plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, product launches, and brand events for both
B2C and B2B
audiences.
Support the creation of marketing assets such as graphics (using Canva), product descriptions, blogs, and email newsletters (Klaviyo/Omnisend).
Conduct competitor research and provide insights to guide content and campaign strategy.
Help manage influencer outreach and partnerships, ensuring timely coordination and reporting.
Contribute to
public relations, press outreach, and media engagement
activities.
Performance Tracking
Monitor and report on the performance of SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads using internal tools and external agency support.
Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Linkedin, Google Analytics, and Shopify etc.
Track key KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions -- and suggest optimisations based on insights.
Support the
CRM
strategy by helping manage email databases, segmentation, and automated campaigns to improve customer retention.
Website & E-Commerce Support
Assist with updating website banners, product listings, and landing pages on Shopify.
Ensure all product visuals, pricing, and messaging are aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal objectives.
Collaborate on website SEO improvements, blog content, and UX best practices.
Event Marketing & Brand Activations
Support planning and execution of workshops, pop-ups, launches, and
corporate batik experiences
.
Assist with event logistics: space setup, material prep, coordination with partners or collaborators.
Promote events through digital marketing channels and email outreach.
Capture and repurpose event content for use on social media, PR outreach, and internal reports.
Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with design and product teams for photoshoots, packaging, and content development.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing activities with brand, sales, and business development goals.
Maintain internal campaign calendars, reporting documents, and digital asset folders.
Support the Marketing Director in broader initiatives, including
B2B marketing, brand partnerships, corporate gifting, media opportunities
, and strategic events.
What We're Looking For
:
1-3 years + of experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or event marketing.
Familiar with tools like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Omnisend, Canva, Shopify, and basic CRM systems (training can be provided).
Experience or strong interest in
fashion, lifestyle, and retail marketing
.
Strong written and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment.
Must be both
data-driven and creative
, with a desire to learn performance-focused marketing.
