Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (???)
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client campaigns
Write compelling captions and produce short-form video content tailored for each platform
Coordinate with designers/freelancers for visuals and video production
Monitor trends on TikTok and XHS to create content that resonates with target audiences
Manage community engagement: reply to comments, handle messages, build brand presence
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital campaigns
Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
-- essential for content creation and client communication
Familiar with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and social media analytics
Creative, organized, and able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
Trend-savvy, especially with TikTok & Xiaohongshu audiences
Bonus:
Experience in renovation, lifestyle, or interior design brands
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
