REPORTS TO : HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS



Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and a drive to maximize our online presence. The Digital Marketing Executive will work to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand and products through digital channels, while also contributing to content editing and refining for optimal quality.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Digital Strategy Development:

o Assist in the creation and execution of the overall digital marketing strategy.

o Develop and optimize online marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility,

generate leads, and drive website traffic.

2. Content Creation & Editing:

o Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, social media

platforms, and email campaigns.

o Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards.

o Create short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) to engage the

audience.

o Edit existing content to improve clarity, readability, and SEO effectiveness.

3. Social Media Marketing:

o Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.

o Analyze social media metrics and optimize strategies accordingly to increase

engagement and reach.

4. SEO and SEM:

o Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines to increase organic

search traffic and manage and run paid search campaigns.

5. Email Marketing:

o Design, write, and edit email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert

them into customers. Measure and report on email campaign performance (open

rates, click-through rates, etc.).

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve digital marketing efforts.
7. PPC Campaign Management:

Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and ad budgets across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Track and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
8. Brand Building and Online Reputation:

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
9. Collaboration and Communication:

Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and social
media.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Manager, etc.

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in social media content (visuals, videos, writing, etc.). Expertise in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
etc.) and understanding their algorithms.

Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing
tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,047.43 - RM3,500.00 per month
