Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Ahrefs, Yoast, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in creating and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct data analysis to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Propose copywriting ideas and content selection for advertising initiatives.
• Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Analyse the company's social media performance, propose improvements, and plan content direction based on data insights.
