Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to lead and execute brand, content, and campaign strategies for

Kiddypedia

-- a growing edutainment platform for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, innovation, and building memorable brand experiences that connect with both

parents and kids

.

You'll play a key role in strategizing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, managing digital content, collaborating with partners, and driving attendance to workshops, events, and retail experiences.

Brand & Campaign Development



Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to build Kiddypedia's visibility and trust among parents.

Work with internal creative teams to shape the brand's tone, visual direction, and storytelling.

Social Media & Content Management



Lead content planning, posting, and community engagement across social platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.).

Produce compelling copy that resonates with parents and is age-appropriate for children when needed.

Event & Program Marketing



Coordinate marketing support for children's workshops, festivals, mall activations, and school programs.

Ensure campaigns are well-timed to drive registration and foot traffic.

Digital & Offline Advertising



Manage paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) and monitor campaign performance.

Coordinate printed collaterals, posters, and mall/event media placements when needed.

Partnerships & Collaborations



Identify and liaise with relevant parenting platforms, sponsors, influencers, and CSR partners.

Plan and execute co-branded campaigns to enhance brand presence and credibility.

Requirements



Education:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in marketing, preferably in lifestyle, education, event, or children-focused brands.

Skills:



Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, social media planning, and basic SEO.

Experience working with designers, media vendors, and production teams.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Personality Fit:



Creative, collaborative, and child-friendly in tone.

Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Detail-oriented, yet visionary when IT comes to brand-building.

Other:



Must possess own transport (car or bike).

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, during event periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
