Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and marketing strategies to drive awareness and conversion.
Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
Research and curate social media content and website materials.
Handling any other ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time.
