Key Responsibilities

? Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok, to strengthen brand awareness and corporate reputation.

? Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to develop relevant and compelling advertising content and visual materials.

? Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization and achievement of marketing objectives.

? Plan, organize, and coordinate online marketing events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences.

? Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.

? Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

Requirements

? Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

? Fresh graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.

? Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

? Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and processes, including paid

advertising, email marketing, and social media management.

? Proactive, resourceful, and committed, with a positive learning attitude.

? Demonstrates integrity, creativity, and professionalism in work performance.

? Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

? Create digital content and landing pages to support marketing initiatives.

? Undertake other related duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
