The Digital Marketing Executive supports the growth of Opus Kinetic's training portfolio through targeted online marketing, content creation, campaign management and lead generation. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility in Malaysia and the region, increasing enrolments and improving the performance of all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Manage retargeting campaigns to increase conversions
Monitor performance and optimise for ROI and cost-per-lead
2. Content Creation & Publishing
Write and publish SEO-driven course pages, landing pages and blog content
Produce social media posts, email newsletters and promotional materials
Ensure content reflects a consistent brand voice and positioning
3. SEO & Website Optimisation
Conduct keyword research relevant to training and industry standards (API, ASME, HSE, maintenance, process safety)
Improve on-page SEO, metadata, backlinks and site structure
Track organic performance and recommend improvements
4. Social Media Management
Manage Opus Kinetic's LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram channels
Schedule posts, engage with followers and grow audience reach
Support trainer promotions and course announcements
5. Email Marketing & CRM Support
Build segmented email campaigns using CRM tools
Manage subscriber lists and lead nurturing workflows
Track open rates, click-through rates and engagement metrics
6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including leads, conversions, website traffic and ad performance
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta/LinkedIn analytics
7. Coordination & Support
Work closely with the training operations team on course promotion timelines
Coordinate with designers, vendors and trainers when needed
Support webinars, virtual events and market outreach initiatives
RequirementsQualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (training or B2B industries preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and social media marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Good writing skills and ability to produce clear, professional content
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools are a plus
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple campaigns
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,082.48 - RM6,177.56 per month
