Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Manage content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor trends and competitors.
Engage with followers and analyze performance metrics for optimization.
2. Content Creation & Copywriting
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites.
Write compelling copy and collaborate with designers and video editors for visual content.
Apply SEO best practices and execute storytelling campaigns.
3. Influencer & KOL Content Management
Ensure influencer and KOL content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
Collaborate with external partners to create engaging campaigns.
4. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on social media.
Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and messaging.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report key digital marketing metrics.
Generate monthly reports with actionable insights for optimization.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics.
6. Other Responsibilities
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Brainstorm innovative campaigns and assist with event marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) and social media management platforms.
Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Creative, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
