Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads is a must.
Experience in operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram etc.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Skills:
Ability to profile various social media user according to needs, adjust on content construction to target different social media platform.
Proficiency in WordPress website development.
Strong willingness to learn and grow independently.
Able to handle basic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Highly adaptable, analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
Able to identity and take fast action to pivot into new digital marketing skill if the old skills become less-in demand.
Good command of verbal and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Plan and executes all websites (Apex Official Website and Bellezza Website), SEO / SEM, database marketing, email marketing and display advertising campaigns.
Responsible for social media platform layout, content production and update, matrix planning, account construction, supervision, and implementation.
Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Plans, executes and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
To handle project or assignments on management\'s discretion from time to time.
Contribute ideas towards brand direction and creative growth strategies.
