Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field
  • ?Strong written and communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • ?Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM is a plus
  • Fresh grades are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel, Canva, graphic illustrator and basic data analysis
Responsibilities
  • Content & graphic design and Presentation deck
  • Ensure brand and event consistency across all online platforms
  • ?Customer Experience & Operations Support
  • Handle customer inquiries and reviews
  • Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth delivering
