• Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and major graphic software/multimedia design.
• Working experience in digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in analysis Facebook adv will be an added advantage.
• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Media/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proven working experience in social media or related field with an excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Excellent writing, editing, presenting and communicating skills with different groups of people.
• Strong creativity and conceptualizing skills.
• Positive and dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

• Establish, design and maintain our accounts across all social media networking channels. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.)
• Develop and maintain social media strategies and marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic for our brand.
• Conducting research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy.
• Prepare social media content and be in charge of online correspondence.
• Evaluate effectiveness of online marketing projects, provide report and recommendations based on the results.
• Design and create layout and any required artwork for campaigns and company activities.
• To ensure customer satisfaction, must respond to complaints, questions and comments on the company\'s social media pages in a timely with appropriate manner.
• Continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.
