• Creative Thinking: Innovative with a keen understanding of market trends.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with strong collaboration abilities.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Design Skills (Optional): Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage.

TanggungjawabAd Campaign Management: Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram.

• Content Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative content to drive engagement and conversions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Platform Operations: Operate and monitor ad platforms, ensuring optimal account performance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategy improvements.
• Reporting: Regularly generate and present reports on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
