RequirementsCompany Introduction: Over the past 5 years, we have trained over 5000 entrepreneurs from various industries and countries, spending over 5 million in advertising. Currently, the company is in a growth phase and continuously expanding its scale.

• Required language : Mandarin
• At least 1 years of experience in Facebook advertising & copywriting. (Experience in other online marketing-related roles or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.)
• Strong passion in digital marketing and copywriting.
• Able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, Responsible, able to handle stress.
• Good attitude, able to handle stress, likes to help people, and has good moral character.
• Possess excellent communication skills, including with teams and entrepreneurs, strong teamwork and data insight capabilities.
• Prior experience with marketing software/ Webinar (e.g. Activecampaign, Clickfunnel, Webinarjam, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Able to write copy and have strong digital analytical skills.
• Able to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for conversion.
• Plan, Launch, monitor and optimize Facebook Ad Campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Create and manage email campaign calendars.
• Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, compile and create insightful email reporting.
• Work with the creative team to develop the campaign\'s creative assets that are both engaging and cost-effective.
• Optimize each funnel and marketing process (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, nurture).
• Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, driving positive ROI and scale
• Ask questions when not understanding
• Make suggestions for process improvements
