Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our mandarin speaking clients. (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in paid media in social media
• Knowledge on FB Marketing, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, XHS etc.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels and campaigns, including content creation and post scheduling, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, XHS) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and implement adjustments based on data insights.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with sales, creative, and content teams to align marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
• Research and analyze social media trends, ad performance, and website traffic data to improve online presence and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and prepare budgets for proposed communication and marketing plans.
