Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field that has equipped you with a solid foundation in digital marketing principles.
At least 1 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the Bakery or F&B sector, demonstrating your expertise in the field. Possess knowledge in digital and social media advertising.
Fluency in English, Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Initiative, creative, analytical and result oriented.
Have interest or basic in photography is an added advantage.
Able to work with minimum supervision, and meticulous. Disciplined and able to follow up on task, good in time management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggungjawab RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute and scale lead generation and conversion strategies via digital marketing plans.
Manage, maintain and curate contents (these includes content planning of social media posts, video posts and any relevant contents) according to brand guidelines.
Manage, and optimize digital ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic).
Track KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
Oversee content calendar, community management, and influencer/KOL partnerships.
Track social performance and provide insights for optimization.
Manage and coordinate any social media recordings formats / photoshoot / video shoot with Key Opinion Leaders (influencers), TK Bakery's sponsored personnel to ensure brand consistency and content creation.
Assist in the planning of events; sales event, workshops or photos / video shoots for any campaign activation.
To ensure any customer enquiries, comments and complaints across the multiple digital and social media platforms are communicated and coordinated to Customer Service Department.
Knowledge in digital marketing, SEM and SEO is an added advantage.
