Swimology is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for increasing our brand presence, attracting new students from beginners to professional athletes, and highlighting our state-of-the-art training facilities, including our elite endless pools and advanced diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with strong analytical skills, capable of executing campaigns across various digital channels to drive enrollment and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to both attract new clients and build a loyal community. This includes creating a content calendar and executing on a mix of high-quality content, such as:
Visual Content: Produce short, visually stunning videos of the endless pools and other technology in action. Show how the equipment helps swimmers of all levels improve their technique.
Educational Content: Create problem-solution-focused content that addresses common swimming struggles and showcases how Swimology's technology provides the solution.
Community Building: Regularly feature student success stories and milestones, and use interactive content like polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions to engage the audience and foster a sense of belonging.
Content Creation & Management: Develop, write, and edit engaging content for all digital platforms, including our website, blog, and email newsletters. This includes creating compelling stories and testimonials that showcase student progress and success.
Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media ad managers. Analyze campaign performance to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns to nurture leads, retain current students, and promote new programs or events.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts. Use data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the sports, fitness, or education industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other marketing software.
Demonstrated skill in creating engaging content (e.g., videos, photos, and written posts) for social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to tell a compelling brand story.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
