Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management and paid advertising.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative content planning ability.
- Strong analytical mindset - able to read data, derive insights, and execute improvements.
- Familiar with managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
- Good command of English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, or influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Develop monthly social media calendars and creative briefs aligned with brand direction.
Coordinate visual content creation (photo, video, and design) with internal teams and vendors.
Engage followers and respond to comments or messages professionally.
Monitor competitors' activity and stay updated on digital trends.
Advertising & Data Optimization
Manage Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager for campaign setup, targeting, and performance tracking.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize audience, creative, and budget allocations.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights for management review.
Continuously A/B test ad creatives and audiences to improve conversion rates.
Growth & Analytics
Identify growth opportunities and digital trends for audience expansion.
Track key social metrics, analyze results, and suggest optimization strategies.
Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and design teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
