Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) Kota Damansara, Selangor (Near to MRT Surian) JOB RESPOSIBILITIES Plan and execute (included supply content with creative ideas) for the company social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, Google, Website & etc). Develop engaging online content including clickbait, videos, graphics, and etc to improve the company branding (followers, likes, shares, & etc) and improve the business growth by generate quality leads. Actively discovers in-trend social topics, generates creative and reactive content. Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s product and services in the digital platform Handle all in-coming enquiry & provide excellent customer service through all the social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, phone, etc). To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required REQUIREMENTS: Able to read and write in Mandarin. This role is required to handle all social media content that is in mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing or equivalent. Experienced in videography and content editing is an added advantage. No Camera Shy, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking in front of a camera is an added advantage. At least 1 year of working experience that is related to digital marketing Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts Creativity in the design space and in problem solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplined team.
