: Digital Marketing Executive
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's online marketing strategies across various digital platforms. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing digital content, social media, e-commerce, and online advertising. You will also support broader marketing initiatives including branding, events, and offline marketing activities when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Plan, create, and manage digital content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Develop engaging TikTok content featuring product highlights, recipes, and frozen food tips to boost brand presence.
Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all channels.
2. E-commerce Platform Management (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on all e-commerce platforms.
Ensure accurate inventory updates and timely coordination with the sales/logistics team.
Optimize listings using keywords, SEO-friendly copy, and high-quality visuals.
3. Video & TikTok Marketing
Create trend-driven video content for TikTok and Reels to increase organic reach.
Monitor performance and implement strategies to grow engagement and followers.
4. SEO & Website Management
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to drive organic traffic.
Update website content and landing pages to ensure relevance and user-friendliness.
Conduct keyword research and monitor search engine rankings.
5. Email Marketing
Design and execute email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and newsletters.
Segment audience lists and analyze open/click-through rates to improve future campaigns.
6. Advertising & Paid Media
Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Analyze ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics for social media, e-commerce, website, and ad campaigns.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
8. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated on market trends and monitor competitor activity across digital platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategy.
9. Branding & Campaign Support
Assist in brand development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Contribute to the planning of promotional materials, seasonal campaigns, and digital contests.
10. Offline Marketing & Coordination (if needed)
Support in organizing events, in-store promotions, or trade shows.
Liaise with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials and activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
