Digital Marketing Executive (Airbnb & Glamping Resort Project)
We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle the full scope of marketing for our Airbnb and glamping resort projects. You'll be in charge of making our stays go viral, managing campaigns, and turning online engagement into real bookings.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule monthly social media calendars across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and Instagram
Create creative short videos and photo posts that fit each platform's style and trend
Write catchy captions, hashtags, and hooks that connect with the right audience
Manage and reply to comments or DMs to build engagement and trust
Plan and monitor paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google to maximize reach and conversions
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports
Work closely with the design and content team to ensure consistent branding and storytelling
Research trending travel content and competitor strategies to keep our brand ahead
Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations and content partnerships
Support event marketing and on-site photo or video shoots when needed
Requirements:
Experience in social media or digital marketing (especially TikTok, Meta, or Xiaohongshu)
Strong sense of social media trends and how to make content go viral
Basic skills in design, photography, or video editing are a plus
Data-driven mindset with a good sense of creativity and timing
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
