Our company is a dynamic and rapidly growing Tobacco company. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving web traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Responsibilities :

Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns Create and manage content for website postings Maintain and grow our social media presence across all platforms Plan and organise online and offline marketing events Work closely with third-party video creators to ensure maximum impact Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications

, or a related field At least

2 years of experience in digital marketing

or related role Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
