About the role

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at CSM Marine Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Sungai Besar, Selangor, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns to promote our innovative range of products.

What you'll be doing

Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn Create compelling and visually-appealing social content, including text, images, and videos Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with the operation team to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and impactful

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and paid social advertising Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices
