About the role MKAYA Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our property management services.What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Minimum education: Degree and above
• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English
• A keen interest in the property management industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of our company

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content creation
• Optimizing and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
• Analysing website performance and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility
• Creating and curating engaging content, such as, social media posts, and email newsletters, to attract and retain customers
• Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to continuously improve strategies
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all channels
