Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, SEO, SEM, and social media management Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp).
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and how to use them effectively for business growth.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, the company website, and email campaigns.
Assist with the management and update of content on the website, ensuring it reflects the latest project updates, company services, and client success stories.
Collaborate with internal teams to generate relevant content based on current projects and client needs.
Social Media Management
Assist in managing and posting on the company's social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and help increase online community engagement.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry conversations to inform content strategies.
SEO & SEM Support
Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the website's organic search rankings.
Assist with keyword research and on-page optimization, including meta descriptions, title tags, and content adjustments.
Help manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), monitor performance, and optimize for better ROI.
Email Marketing
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, share updates, and promote services.
Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized communications.
Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and other metrics to improve email marketing effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
Assist in tracking digital marketing metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance reports.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and audience behaviour to inform future strategies.
Help analyze data and provide insights on areas for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
Ad-Hoc Marketing Support
Assist in organizing and executing online campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts with offline marketing activities to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to continually improve marketing tactics
