Job Vacancy Digital Marketing Executive Shah Alam, Seksyen 22 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
• Create and curate high-quality content for social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to continuously improve social media strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media campaigns that align with broader marketing initiatives and achieve business goals
• Track and report on social media performance metrics and use insights to inform future social media strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in video recording and editing.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing social media strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and functionalities
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media campaigns and content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on social media performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and design software.
• Fluency in languages of English and Malay is a requirement.
• 5.5 working days, rest on Sunday.
