We are seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage our social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and increase audience satisfaction. Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Work with various company departments to promote overall branding through social media channels.
The main responsibilities of the role:
Respond to clients' inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner via social media channels
Concentrate on monitoring social media conversations and channels to gain insights into social media presence, thereby offering feedback to enhance our products and services
Oversee all company-owned social media accounts management
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts that enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused and conversion messages
Manage and publish daily content as an editor of the organization's digital social presence
Coordinate social media messaging with translation departments and creative teams to achieve an outstanding social media calendar plan
Analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to collect visitor data, assess effectiveness, and identify areas for enhancing social media campaign performance
Collaborate with various departments to create social media timelines aligned with new product launches, advertising campaigns, or other brand communications
Ensure the content adheres to brand guidelines and marketing best practices
Main requirements:
A qualification in Marketing, Digital Communications, Journalism, Media, or another relevant discipline
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a Marketing/Digital team position
Possess excellent content management system and social media skills
Experienced with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, Line.
Have excellent digital copywriting and editing experience, be creative, and have enthusiasm for digital design.
Be proficient at planning your own work, multitasking, and delivering to tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is a MUST.
Good knowledge of Mandarin-speaking markets.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
