Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze and develop the Marketing strategies to increase the sales opportunities. Create social media plan in the format of a monthly social calendar. Oversee and manage day-to-day sales & marketing operations (Webstore, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tik Tok, & etc.) Create engaging contents, including text, image, and video concepts that align with the company's brand identity. Liaise with marketing related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies and printing companies. Manage customer inquiries and customer service. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree. At least 3 years working experience in e-commerce & marketing. Working experience in Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage. Highly knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms like Sitegiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & etc. Proven experience in managing online marketplaces & data analysis. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadline. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and a good team player. Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
