• At least Diploma/ITE/Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or other relevant disciplines
• Relevant working experience in Copywriting or Social Media platform.
• Highly creative and with attention to details
• Has a good understanding of consumer behaviour and trends
• A hands-on and result-oriented person
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience in Google Analytics and digital media optimization
• Proficient in social media software and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Indesign)
• Proficient in video and filming and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro)
• Social media savvy
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate

Tanggungjawab

• Implement online and digital marketing using SEM, email, content marketing, Facebook/Instragram/Tiktok ads etc. to generate leads across all online platforms
• Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, in-house app etc
• Build and manage the company\'s social media profile and presence
• Engage audience with various kinds of photography or video-based content for marketing purposes and brand awareness
• Manage and respond to social media audience on various platforms
• Analyze social media trends and explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks
• Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Work with internal and external vendors whenever required
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director
• Assist in tracking of marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for submission
• Provide data mining support
• Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
• Assist in monitoring of Advertising and Promotional spend
• Assist in store marketing activities and set up display items activities
• Support in managing the PR issues on social media platform. (customer\'s feedback and comments)
