Job Description

Intern Duties and Responsibilities:1. Sales & MarketingEvent Coordination

• Assist in planning and organizing sales and marketing events and roadshows.
• Support logistical arrangement and coordination for events.

Content Creation

• Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as flyers and bunting.

Report and Analysis

• Prepare regular report on sales activities and outcome i.e. from roadshows.

Administration

• Assists on administrative tasks.

2. Digital MarketingContent Management

• Coordinating and liaising with existing Digital Agency.
• Assist in creating and managing content for social media and property platforms, blogs, and websites.
• Assist with scheduling and posting content according to the content calendar.

Social Media Support

• Monitor and engage with followers on social media channels.
• Assists in developing social media strategies and campaigns.

SEO & SEM

• Coordinate and liaise with existing Digital Agency on the SEO activities such as keyword research, advertising campaigns and analyzing performance.

Email and WhatsApp Marketing

• Assists in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns.
• Assists and support WhatsApp blasting marketing efforts.

Market Trends and Research

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and analyze competitors\xe2\x80\x99 posts.

Campaign Support

• Help with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns

Pre-Requisites:

• Basic understanding of sales & marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workplace
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin)
• Possession of own transport and willingness to travel between office (HQ-1MK) and TuJu Sales Gallery (Jalan Kuching).
