Job Description

1. Social Media Content & Caption Writing

Create engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned captions for social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Propose creative post ideas and content directions for the design team to execute visually. Conduct research on trends, topics, and industry updates to inspire fresh content.

2. Content Planning

Assist in developing weekly and monthly content calendars. Collaborate with the design team by providing clear content briefs and concept outlines for visuals. Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

3. Campaign Support

Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and announcements. Draft copy for promotional posts, email marketing, and basic marketing materials. Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines and deliverables.

4. Social Media Monitoring

Track post performance (engagement, reach, impressions). Identify trends and recommend improvements for future content. Monitor competitor activities and trending topics for insights.

5. Research & Insights

Conduct simple research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor marketing strategies. Provide suggestions for new content angles or topics.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields. Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media trends. Excellent writing skills in English (bonus if able to write in Malay or Chinese). Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
