Job Description

Research and analyze market trends and data to support ongoing campaigns and marketing initiatives. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing promotions and advertising activities. Support the research, selection, and communication process with digital creators and influencers. Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook. Contribute to content creation in various formats -- including video, graphics, writing, and audio -- to strengthen brand storytelling. Assist in planning and brainstorming ideas for short video shoots. Monitor campaign and influencer performance, prepare reports, and gather actionable insights. Conduct research on marketing tools, E-commerce trends, CRM systems, and digital solutions to support team growth.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. Passionate about marketing, social media, and influencer culture. Active user of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube -- either as a creator or an engaged follower. Creative, curious, and always up to date with the latest online trends. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and good with people. Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
