Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Marketing Intern with a passion for visual storytelling to join our team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing by directly contributing to the creation of high-quality product visuals. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in photography, videography, and basic editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will play a critical role in producing visual assets for our website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials.

Photography & Videography

Product Shoots:

Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots for a variety of products, focusing on clarity, lighting, and brand aesthetic for both web and social media.

Video Content:

Film and produce short-form video content (e.g., product demos, 'how-to' guides, unboxing videos, testimonials, and engaging clips for TikTok/Reels).

Creative Execution:

Assist in developing visual concepts and storyboards that align with marketing goals and brand guidelines.

Asset Management:

Ensure all raw and final visual assets are properly organized, tagged, and stored.

Post-Production & Editing

Photo Editing:

Retouch, crop, and color-correct product photos to meet specific platform requirements (e.g., e-commerce marketplace standards).

Video Editing:

Edit, trim, add graphics, text overlays, and sound/music to video content to create compelling final products.

Optimization:

Format and optimize visual assets for various digital channels (e.g., web resolution, Instagram square, YouTube 16:9).

Qualifications & Skills

Required

Demonstrable portfolio of photography and/or video work (school projects are acceptable). Proficiency with professional camera equipment (DSLR or Mirrorless). Working knowledge of photo and video editing software Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their visual best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and visual consistency.

Bonus Points

Experience with studio lighting setup (strobe and continuous). Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
