What You'll Be Doing:

Dive into market trends and data to spark fresh, creative marketing ideas. Help plan and execute engaging promotions and advertising campaigns. Discover and connect with influencers and content creators who align with our brand. Support influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook. Contribute to creating fun, eye-catching content -- from videos and graphics to copy and audio. Join creative brainstorming sessions and help coordinate short-form video shoots. Track the performance of campaigns and influencer collaborations, and prepare insights reports. Research new tools, e-commerce trends, CRM platforms, and other digital solutions.

What You'll Learn:

How to spot viral trends and create scroll-stopping content. The ins and outs of running successful marketing and influencer campaigns. How to grow an online brand and manage digital communities. How to use tools like Google Analytics to measure what works (and what doesn't). Hands-on experience in influencer management and campaign reporting. Real, practical skills in social media, storytelling, and brand marketing.

Who We're Looking For:

Currently studying Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and the influencer world. Active on social media (bonus if you're a content creator yourself!). Creative, curious, and always in-the-know about what's trending online. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
