Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
Ensure correct targeting, budgeting, creative placement, conversion tracking, and technical configurations.
Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team on campaign details, planning notes, and client requirements.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure optimal results and ROI.
Identify underperforming metrics and execute immediate optimization actions (keywords, audiences, bidding, creatives, etc.).
Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, account health, and tracking.
3. Performance Reporting & Analysis
Generate weekly and monthly digital advertising performance reports.
Analyze data and provide insights on trends, costs, conversions, and potential improvements.
Present clear, actionable recommendations to the direct reporting.
4. Coordination & Support
Work closely with the Sales/Marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and client expectations.
Support in preparing campaign materials, tracking links, and documentation.
Maintain campaign records, budget sheets, and optimization logs.

Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and company standards.
Maintain strict accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
Assist in resolving tracking, pixel, and technical issues with internal teams or platform support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, or equivalent is an added advantage.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and interest in ads operations are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (ROAS, etc.).
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Fast learner with a strong interest in performance marketing.
Well-written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
Possess own transportation (location is at Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor area)
