Job Details

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,200
Location: 7-1, Jalan Putra 2, Taman Putra Kajang, 43000 Kajang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's team in Kajang.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital advertising strategies, managing ad performance, and creating high-quality creative materials to drive lead generation and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Execute assigned marketing strategies by planning and organizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to generate high-quality leads.
2) Plan and prepare creative content such as posters and videos for paid advertisements.
3) Manage and utilize advertising budgets effectively to optimize Return on Ads Spend (ROAS).
4) Assist in executing paid advertising for general campaigns such as HR recruitment ads when required.
5) Ensure all paid advertising campaigns are executed at optimal times, including outside office hours, and continuously monitor ad performance.
6) Achieve monthly individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
7) Complete daily individual reporting as required by the management.
8) Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment with the overall objectives and strategies of the organization.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2) At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
3) Proficient in sosial media ads

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
