DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Location

: Jalan TAR, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance to LRT Bandaraya and LRT Masjid Jamek)

1. Social Media Management

Manage daily posting on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging content (text, image, video) to increase followers and engagement. Monitor trends and respond to comments/messages.

2. Advertising & Campaigns

Plan and execute paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads). Track and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS). Manage campaign budgets effectively.

3. Content & Copywriting

Write content for social media, email marketing, and website. Collaborate with designers for banners, posters, and ad creatives. Ensure brand tone and message are consistent across all channels.

4. Website & E-Commerce Management

Update product listings, promotions, and banners on company website or online stores (e.g. Shopee, Lazada). Coordinate with web developer/designer for website improvements. Monitor user experience and suggest enhancements.

5. SEO & SEM

Optimize content and website for search engines (SEO). Run and manage Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze data from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, traffic, conversions, etc. Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
