Requirements
Key Responsibilities:1) Sales & Promotions
Plan & execute sales campaigns, vouchers & promotions.
Work with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
Analyze & optimize campaign effectiveness.
2) Market Research
Benchmark competitor prices & suggest pricing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends & customer preferences.
Recommend new product opportunities.
3) Content & Marketing
Assist in product content creation (images, descriptions).
Support social media & live-stream promotions.
Ensure engaging content to boost conversions.
4) Digital Media & Content
Design & execute digital marketing campaigns.
Create & manage website, blogs, live videos & press releases.
Handle daily social media updates & weekly summaries.
Develop creative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness.
5) Performance Tracking
Measure & report campaign performance (ROI & KPIs).
Stay updated on digital media trends.
Optimize marketing efforts to increase engagement & lead generation.
Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
Skills & Knowledge:a) Proven experience in managing multi-platform social media campaigns and using ad serving tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, etc.).b) Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic design/editing using Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).c) Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.d) Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.e) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.f) Proficient in English and Malay, both spoken and written.g) Must maintain professionalism and avoid personal activities during working hours.h) Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.i) Strictly refrain from personal phone usage or non-work-related activities during work hours.
