Requirements

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing (junior level)
• Skilled in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, CapCut / Canva
• Familiar with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and others
• Proficient in using Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Skilled in video editing and graphic design
• Willing to learn copywriting, videography, posting, and customer service

Responsibilities

• Manage social media, digital marketing, and content creation
• Execute and manage the company's digital marketing strategies
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns
• Analyze data and produce reports on marketing campaign performance, including recommendations
• Handle communication management, respond to comments/inbox using the company's tone of voice, and escalate issues when necessary
