The Position Job Summary: The position is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. You will be required to work closely with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities to drive implementation and commercialization of RDC\'s HDS solutions to enable deployment of iPDM business models. MainTasks & Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display). Work with various content formats such as videos and other relevant formats. Manage the creation and adaptation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms Manage development and marketing strategies of e commerce Responsible for DC Malaysia accu-chek website,evaluating metrics on website traffic and target audience. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive commercialization of HDS solutions to enable deployment of iPDM business models Forge strong collaboration with the Customer Partners to identify and pursue new market opportunities and projects to expand RDC Malaysia\'s integrated solutions ( device +digital) from customer needs consultation to solutions implementation. Assess and establish strategic partnership with 3rd party HDS providers and vendors Conduct research on market intelligence and trends, brand\'s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Work collaboratively with other internal functions or external organizations to successfully drive commercial initiatives Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time. Be fully committed to integrated Personalized Diabetes Management (iPDM) as our strategy Drive process simplification to enhance operational efficiencies Responsible for business sustainability governance for marketing practices including digital marketing ,Interaction with HCPs ,Data Privacy Champion COREMAP - manage documents according to audit and COREMAP policy (i.e., record keeping for business documents and marketing materials both digital and hardcopy ) Comply with Roche Code of Conduct and all local/global policies as well as applicable laws and industry codes. Assess business risks and make informed decisions in consultation with the relevant functions to ensure business compliance Collaborate and align with a network of Global and Cluster level enabling functions, leading the deployment of Global and Cluster strategic marketing initiatives to the local organization Be fully embracing the Roche Operation Principles mindset and new ways of working Required Qualifications and Attributes Who you are You are someone who are/have: Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills along with the ability to negotiate and move the issue to closure Detail oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask Excellent influencing, networking and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results Team player demonstrated by the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally thrive and collaborate in a cross-functional environment Adaptability, conflict resolution, creative thinking - willingness to respond to challenges with an open mindset, turn obstacles into opportunities and the flexibility of looking at the same problems differently to find innovative ways to solve them Qualification and Experience A professional certificationor aBachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communication from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. A track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns will be a plus . Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
