Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated

Digital Marketing Executive

with a strong focus on

Facebook Ads

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage

Facebook

(including traffic, conversion, lead generation, and engagement campaigns). Create compelling

ad copy

, visuals. Monitor and optimize ad performance based on KPIs Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing content. Conduct audience research and build custom and lookalike audiences. Stay updated on Facebook algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices. Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Suggest improvements and testing ideas to enhance ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager. Familiar with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Good command of English and Mandarin. Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
