Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, production) to ensure accurate and engaging product information is shared online. Assist in managing the company's website: updating product information, ensuring SEO optimization, and maintaining brand consistency. Support in creating marketing materials such as banners, flyers, product photos, and short promotional videos. Assist in online customer engagement by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback on digital platforms. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to suggest new strategies. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including campaign planning, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship/experience in digital marketing is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with an interest in food industry trends. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must have own transportation.
